The Boy and his Peak

Once there's a boy who travels all alone. With his desire for wisdom and affection to the beauty of nature, he goes on an adventure seeking for something he doesn't even know. He had gone to rivers, fall down on rough roads, sailed long across the sea and climbed through hills. He kept on walking and walking.

He came across to some magnificent mountains he wished to climbed. Their peaks and sights fancy him. It even became one of his dream. He tried. He always did. But what he had in his pack wasn't enough for him to reach the top. So often times he sit there staring at the sky, admiring the beauty and greatness of such mountains.

"I am not limp, but reaching such peak isn't easy for me. Why don't these mountains help me reach the top?"

Then an Old Man with a comforting face and a nice smile who is sitting on a rock few steps away from him uttered:

"If they let you climb the top by removing some necessary obstacles, then the greatness of reaching it would be lost. It would be just like picking a rock or tearing a leaf. If it is easy, then it isn't that worth it."

The boy paused for a second and replied:

"Maybe you're right sir. But I don't get it why these mountains kept seducing me if I can't reach them in the first place.."

"Who told you you can't reach them? Of course you can silly! But not just yet. Sometimes you have to grow up, learn new things and develop yourself. You'll surely reach to that moment where there'll be no mountains high enough."

"But what if when I get to that moment, these mountains that I admire today might have already lost their glory and magnificence. For sure there's somebody out there who can conquer such peaks."

"Don't worry my child, there are always greater mountains too. Focus on what you need to do. And when the right time came, when you're already equipped, There will be that one glorious mountain to be conquered by you.  Do not rush things. Everything will happen in time."

then the Old Man added:

"..It isn't wrong to be mesmerized by such magnificence, but makes sure you're still on track. I can't assure you an easy travel but in the end, I know it will always be worth it."

"I am known to travel alone.. but I guess I'm alone for a reason. If I'm on the right track, then everything will end well. I am keeping thy faith."
